We have identified a major cause of the game crashing related to the particle effects, such as when it rains (or when it snows during this Christmas event).

We have added an option in the Game Options menu to disable the particle effects.

We recommend turning the "Enable Particles Effects" option off if your game is constantly crashing while we investigate this issue further.
